Part four of four
A bespoke website that loads fast and wins the work
Advanced websites for accountancy practices and private clinics. Most sites in these two trades are templates with a different logo on. We build yours from scratch, fast enough to hold somebody on a phone in a car park, and distinctive enough that they remember which practice it was. You can take this on its own.
The outcome
A slow site loses the enquiry before anyone reads a word
Most of your visitors are on a phone, on mobile data, deciding in a few seconds whether you look like the right choice. A template loads slowly, looks like the practice down the road, and asks for a form nobody wants to fill in. The site is the first thing about you anybody experiences, and it is usually the last thing that gets any money spent on it.
What we build, and what makes it different
- Speed, held to a number rather than a promise
- We build to a script budget and to Core Web Vitals, and the build fails if it goes over. That is not a claim about care, it is a check that runs before anything ships. Most agencies will tell you a site is fast; almost none can show you what would stop them shipping a slow one.
- Interactive and 3D, where it earns its place
- Scroll-driven film, depth and motion that respond to what the reader does. It is what makes a practice memorable rather than merely tidy. It also goes wrong easily, so it is used where it carries the argument and left out where it would only be decoration.
- Built around the enquiry, not around the design
- One obvious next action on every page, reachable in a tap from a phone held one-handed. The design serves that. A beautiful site that buries the phone number is a worse site than a plain one that does not.
- It works without JavaScript, and without motion
- The resting state is the finished state. Somebody on a slow connection, or with reduced motion turned on, gets a complete page rather than a broken one. This is where most impressive sites quietly fail.
- Built with AI, which is the only reason you can afford it
- Interactive and 3D work has always existed. It was quoted at agency rates because a studio had to hand-build every part of it, which put it out of reach of a practice. We build with AI, so the same work costs a fraction of the hours. That is the whole trick, and we would rather say it than have you assume there is a bigger team behind this than there is.
- Yours, on your own hosting
- The site, the content and the rankings that come with them are registered to your business. No platform you have to keep renting to keep your own pages.

Made to be used, not admired.
Live work
What we have built, and what we build now
Two lists rather than one, because they are two different offers and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on this page. Every link opens the live site. Judge them on your phone, which is where your clients will be.
Then
Fast, conventional, bespoke builds for exactly these trades. Four accountancy practices, a law firm, a manufacturer, and the assessment marketplace Jamie runs himself. No 3D in any of them, and none of them needed it.

Now
Depth, film and real-time 3D, on a script budget the build refuses to exceed. You are already on the first one. The second is a seal being drawn by your graphics card, and it is the honest answer to whether we can actually do this.
What it’s worth
Work out what a visitor is worth before you decide what a site is worth
Take the enquiries your site produces in a month and multiply by what a new client is worth to you. That is what the site earns. Then ask what a ten per cent improvement in that is worth over three years, because a site is not an annual cost.
A hundred visits a month to a page where the number is three taps down. The half-decided ones leave, and they never become an enquiry, so they never appear in anything you count. Invented numbers, put your own in.
How it’s built
The site you are reading is the demo
This one runs a scroll-scrubbed film, motion on every image, and holds a script budget that fails the build when it is exceeded. You are on it. There is also a page where a seal is drawn in real time by your own graphics card, in about 5KB, next to the 1.3MB film of the same object. Both figures are measured, and you can check either.
- Registered to your businessThe phone numbers, the ad accounts and the spend that runs through them, the website, and every client and call record. All in your organisation's name, and all of it stays with you.
- The automation runs on our platformThe workflows themselves sit on a shared platform we run and maintain, which is what keeps it a monthly fee rather than a build cost. Our route into your accounts is a permission you grant and can withdraw.
- If we stop working togetherYour accounts, numbers and data stay exactly where they are, and you can export the lot at any time at no charge. If you want to take the automation in-house too, we can hand it over: that one is a migration with a setup cost, and we will quote it honestly rather than pretend it is a switch.
What it takes
We will tell you if a new site is not your problem
It often is not. If people are finding you and the enquiries are arriving and then dying on the phone, a new site changes nothing and costs a lot. The free Leak Check tests all three before anybody quotes for anything, and if the answer is that your site is fine we will say so.
What owners ask first
Do we need 3D, or is it a gimmick?
It is a gimmick when it is decoration and an advantage when it carries the argument. On a practice site the job is usually to be remembered and to look like the considered choice, and motion does that better than another stock photograph. If it would only slow your site down, we will not build it.
Will it be slow, then?
That is the right question and it is why the budget exists. Interactive work is normally slow because nobody set a limit; ours is a number the build checks. You are reading a site with a scroll-driven film on it, so you can judge that now rather than take our word for it.
Can we take just the website?
Yes. It is the right place to start if you are being found and the enquiries are being answered, and the site is the weak link. If the enquiries are arriving and going missing instead, we would rather fix that first and tell you so.
How long does it take?
Weeks rather than months, and the timeline depends far more on how quickly content and approvals come back than on the build. We will tell you what we need and when, and chase it, because that is the part that usually causes the delay.
What happens to our rankings?
They are planned for before anything is rebuilt: the existing pages are mapped, the URLs that carry search value are kept or redirected one hop, and the content that ranks is not quietly dropped. A rebuild that loses your search visibility has cost you more than it delivered.

Find out what's recoverable in your business
We contact you the way a new client would, by search, phone and web form, then show you the work you could be winning. Scored on three things: are you found, is the enquiry answered, does anyone chase it.
