The methodology
Measure it, close the gaps, then run it
One method sits behind every system we build. Four steps: measure your clinic's real baseline, find where enquiries are being won and lost, close the gap that costs you most, and keep the system running against the numbers you started with.
Step one
Nothing is switched on until there is a number to switch it on against
- Fourteen days, untouchedEnquiry volume, answer rate, response time, booking rate and no-shows, recorded before anything is changed.
- Then the system goes liveNothing is switched on until there is a number to switch it on against.
- Every review looks back at the same lineNot at last month. Comparing to the most recent period is how a slow decline gets reported as steady progress.
The four steps
- 01
Measure the baseline
Two weeks of your clinic's actual numbers before anything changes, enquiry volume, answer rate, response time, booking rate, no-shows. Everything afterwards is judged against this, not against a promise.
- 02
Find the gaps
Score three domains: whether patients can find you, whether an arriving enquiry is answered and recorded, and whether a captured enquiry becomes a booked, attended, returning patient. Most clinics leak in one badly and one quietly.
- 03
Close the biggest one first
Capture first, almost always. There is no sense buying more enquiries until the ones you already get are answered. Then follow-up. Then demand. This is a running order inside one engagement, not a rationing of what you get: the advertising is still coming, it just does not go first. Fixing them in the wrong order is how clinics end up paying for traffic that goes nowhere.
- 04
Run it, and keep running it
The system is owned by the clinic and maintained by us. Numbers are reviewed against the original baseline, not against the last good month.
Why it is named at all
Naming a method makes it accountable. It means there is a defined sequence to point at when something is not working, and a defined place in that sequence where the problem sits. It is also how we avoid the thing clinic owners have complained about for years: being sold activity, with no way to tell whether it is the right activity.
The framework predates our focus on clinics. What changed is everything underneath it: how we build it is now specific to how a private clinic actually runs.

Step one, run on your business, free
We contact you the way a new client would, by search, phone and web form, then show you the work you could be winning. Scored on three things: are you found, is the enquiry answered, does anyone chase it.
